Privacy Policy

Array ("we", "the app") is a personal wardrobe app. This page explains what information the app handles and how. The short version: your closet is yours — we store what's needed to run the app, we don't sell anything, and you can delete everything yourself, in the app, at any time.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, display name, and username when you sign up.
• Wardrobe content: the clothing photos, item details, outfits, wear logs, and wishlist entries you create.
• Social content: outfits you explicitly choose to post publicly, plus follows and reactions.
• Location (optional): if you allow it, your approximate location is used only to fetch local weather for outfit suggestions. It is sent to the weather service and not stored by us.

How your data is processed

• Storage & accounts are hosted on Supabase (cloud database).
• Clothing photos you add are processed by fal.ai to remove backgrounds (and, if you opt in, smooth wrinkles), then stored with your account.
• AI styling (outfit suggestions, names, analysis) sends your item descriptions to Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts are not used to train models.
• Weather uses Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap reverse geocoding with your coordinates only.

All AI and photo requests are routed through our own servers — API credentials never live on your device.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers or advertisers.
• No ad tracking, no third-party analytics SDKs, no fingerprinting.
• No reading of your photo library — only photos you explicitly pick or take.

Deleting your data

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, items, photos, outfits, wear history, wishlist, posts, and social connections from our servers. It cannot be undone. You can also clear wardrobe data without deleting the account via Settings → Data.

Reporting content

Public posts can be reported in the app. Reports go to us at the address below and are reviewed promptly; we remove content that is abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and may suspend accounts responsible for it.

Children

Array is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
